  1. Can I buy hobby products direct from UltraPRO?
    1. Unfortunately, we do not sell our hobby products directly to the public.  For consumers to locate a retailer near you, please visit the Retailer Locator section on this website.  For dealers, please visit our Distributor location section on this website.
  2. Where can I buy UltraPRO Photographic products?
    1. You can purchase all of our photographic products directly on this website under Photo using the Order Form.
  3. How can I tell what size my Deck Protectors are without the original packaging?
    1. UltraPRO places the hologram on the bottom sealed part of a Standard size Deck Protector.  For Small size Deck Protectors, the hologram is located on the top by the opening of the Deck Protector.
  4. My One-Touch holder has a gold magnet but, I have seen ones with silver magnets too.  Is there a reason they are different?
    1. The gold magnet means that a UV additive is added and it is UV-protected.  The silver magnet indicates that it does not have the UV formula.
  5. Why did UltraPRO change the size of the Deck Protectors from 67.03 x 92.07mm for Standard size to 66 x 91mm?  And the Small Deck Protectors were changed from 63.5 x 90.47mm to 62 x 89mm?
    1. Through extensive testing and research, the sizes were adjusted to better fit the gaming cards.
    2. This better fit provides longer playability and prevents the corners from bending.
    3. It also makes it easier to shuffle and handle
  6. UltraPRO markets that their 9-Pocket pages are archival-safe and acid-free.  What exactly does that mean? What is the difference between UltraPRO pages and the competitors'?
    1. Our materials are archival-safe which means that you can rest assure that your collectibles will be protected over time.
  7. I sent an email to UltraPRO, but I have not received a reply yet.
    1. Though we try to respond to our emails in a timely manner, normally it takes 48 hours for you to receive a response.  We apologize and thank you for your understanding.
